>Since the sixties of last century Germany always has been pursuing four economic goals, namely “moderate growth”,“price stability”,“full employment”and“balance payments”.According to the criteria of these goals the German economy arrived at a turning point in 2006. Its situation became comprehensively better than that in 2005. One of the reasons of the strong German economic recovery was the right economic policies of the Black-Red Coalition. The monitary policy, fiscal policy and labour market policy are three key policies. The Black-Red Coalition will be able to control the political power until 2009. If the “moderate growth” of the German economy can exist for a long time, the German economic model will become strongly attractive again. The reform of Germany will offer the meaningful experience for the other welfare states.
