The college entrance examination is a matter of families，it’s fairness is deaply concernad. A period，the country has issued some policy of scoring in college entrance exam. Successively in various locations，including Beijing，add some local scoring policy in college entrance examination. These policies has played a positive role in and at the same time，also gradually exposed some disadvantages，such as excessive，the number of points plus project is too much，the operation is not transparent and so on.
