The rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：in the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Liaoning ranked the 10th；in vertical evaluation itself，Liaoning ranked the 3rd，11th，24th and 24th during the periods of 2000-2012，2005-2012，2010-2012 and 2011-2012 respectively.
