This report mainly put forwards the basic thoughts，main channels，and countermeasures of expanding employment by analyzing the current employment situation and problems in Guizhou and forecasting the relation of labor supply and demand in the next few years；it has discussed the ways to build a system of balancing urban and rural employment and promote the construction of overall urban-rural human resource market；it has studied how to establish and improve supporting policy and service system of self-employment so as to create more employment opportunities through entrepreneurship；it has proposed the following countermeasures：creating employment opportunities，improving employment quality，promoting employment stability，and improving public service environment for both entrepreneurship and employment.
