In 2013，national artistic science planning and management complied with the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the party and the third plenary session；paid close attention to the demand of artistic disciplinary development；served the central task of the prosperity of culture and art；strengthen the overall planing while implemented step by step；improved project settings；innovated ladder of management；emphasized investigation，survey，and the publicity of achievements. The work of this year further tamped the based，as well as advanced in various fields，and we created a new situation of artistic science planning and management.
