Anhui province has achieved remarkable results in the aspect of industrial relocation，and also been faced with huge challenges and opportunities，which are brought by the transition of economic development pattern. However，there are some obstacles in the way of undertaking industrial relocation，such as the narrowing of external market，the slow growing of economy and some institutional barriers. Thus，it is necessary to study the industrial relocation of Anhui province on the background of integration in Yangtze River delta.
