The thesis made a conclusion of the experience on accepting industrial relocation. There are four key points. First，the accepting should be combined with the internal demand，especially accepting cost-saving and market-expansion industries. Secondly，the unbalanced regional development should be taken into consideration in order to achieve comprehensive development. Thirdly，the government should work with companies and make full use of policies for efficient industrial relocation. Besides，traditional industries should promote，as well as new industries. Based on the study of experience，the thesis can give relevant suggestions.
