2013年住宅市场运行景气总体好于2012年。商品住宅施工面积和新开工面积增幅扩大;商品住宅投资增速回升;商品住宅销售面积增加较快;居住用地价格环比涨幅逐季扩大;70个大中城市房价持续较快上涨,新建住宅价格涨幅高于二手住宅。在稳中求进的宏观经济背景下,预计2014年住宅价格涨幅回落,全年价格保持基本平稳可能性较大。
<<The prosperity of housing market in 2013 was better than that of last year.Both the growth rate of housing under-construction and the growth rate of housing started were higher than those of last year.The growth rate of residential investment recovered.The floor space of housing sold kept a high increase rate of 17.5%.Housing price rose quickly,while the price of new constructed housing rose faster than second-hand housing price.The growth rate of residential land price increased quarter on quarter.We estimate that the growth rate of housing price in 2014 would decrease,and the housing price would keep steady averagely for the whole year.
