In China，the status quo of the real estate appraisal and agency industry represents the status quo of the real estate intermediary industry.This paper respectively introduced status quo in 2013 of China real estate appraisal and agency industry，and analyzed the trend in 2013 of the two industries.We reviewed some important moments in the development of the real estate appraisal and agency industry in 2013，and briefly analyzed the effects on the two industries.We elaborated on the development situation of the two industries from the number of employees and institutions，the proportion and amount of business separately，the operating income and other indicators.We briefly analyzed the trend of the two industries in 2014 with the actual situation of the real estate appraisal and agency industry.
