In October 2013，China officially unveiled China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone （the “Zone”）.Thus it can be seen that for Shanghai，the presence of Japanese companies counts for much. Therefore，the dialogues and communications between relevant administration （including Shanghai Municipal Government and other authorities） and Japanese companies and financial institutions seems quite significant when the Zone was carrying out system design with consideration of actual businesses. Meanwhile，in the aspect of cultivating securities and asset management sector，the Zone can also use the experiences and lessons of Japan in 1980s as reference.
