The development of finance can promote the growth of economy，and the growth of economy supported by the specific companies，and listed companies play an important role in the regional economic development term.This artile analysis the direct financing stiutaion of listed company in main stock market and pre-basic listed company in Henan province，conclude that the existed listed company does not match the number and level of GDP，the scale of financing is small，listed companies trade imbalances，regional distribution imbalance and other issues，and take some policy recommendations.
