In recent years，the rural finance market in Henan province has achieved remarkable results.From the aspect of the rural financial system，the support scale，this article shows the support effect for the development of rural in Henan province，and analysis the support difficults of financing from the view of rural finance innovation，and rural finance policy，conclude that in order to enhance the support effect，we should to construct the sustainable development menchanism of financing from agriculture credit，agriculture assurance，and agriculture risk supervision.
