In rencent years the industrial cluster has embed into the process of high quality and continuous development in the city of Jiyuan，and the carrier capacity enhanced continuously，the integrated dynamical effect incurred gradually，the development trend of industrial cluster strengthened continuously，the interaction between the industry and city developed steadily，the breakthrough in management system innovation made greatly，and the major economic index had entered the forefront seat in Henan province. However，compared with the new assessment index in the article named “Annual Assessment Trial Scheme of Industrial Cluster in Henan Province” which introduced by the government recently，there are still some obstacles to be rid in the industrial cluster development of Jiyuan. Generally speaking，in the next stage，the three industrial cluster areas in Jiyuan should be highlighted the leading driven，efficiency extension，self-innovation，quality enhancement，element security，and take multi-strategy to speed up the “promotion” pace simultaneously.
