County economy is an essential component of national economy. The country economy aggregate in the three provinces of Northeast China has exceeded half of the whole economy aggregate，becoming the mainstay of each province’s economic development. Based on the analysis of the existing development route of country economy in the three provinces of Northeast China，the thesis discusses the route dependence problem in the county economy development process of the three provinces of Northeast China，proposes remedial measures for the route dependence in county economy development，and selects the appropriate county economy development route in the three provinces of Northeast China.
