Although Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is listed as national key development area，but the problems about spatial economic structure is not solved. Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone should optimize the spatial economic structure and strength regional coordinated development. Through the analysis of the status of the industry collaboration and the relationship between industrial structure and space structure，this article proposes strengthening greater liberalization movement of factor of production in the zone，innovativing industry spatial distribution，building the industrial chain and other industrial collaboration and space optimization measures.
