Iran retains the most powerful overall national strength and military capabilities in the Gulf region，and it has comparatively complete defense-industrial complex. Facing the threat of military attack posed by Israel or the United States，Iran has done some preparation to response it. In case of being attacked，Iran has the ability to take retaliating measures and block the Strait of Hormuz，which will cause serious consequences.
