In 2007，Africa actively pursued dialogue and cooperation with the West and developing powers and been committed to African peace，stability，development and integration. African countries had a strong will in expressing their interests in one voice and thought more of equal and mutually-benefited principles in the interaction with the west countries. The relations between Africa and the emerged developing countries developed positively. The year 2007 also market the starting year of implementing the cooperation measures of 2006 China-Africa Summit，and China-Africa relation made substantial progress in 2007.
