It is under the dramatically changing world pattern that Middle Eastern countries take a “Looking East” policy，which can be attributed to several factors as direct damages caused by America’s Middle East policy to the interests of Middle Eastern countries，the falling of America’s international influences and the rising of the developing countries as a whole，especially the great attractiveness of emerging countries inclusive of China to Middle Eastern countries.Therefore，Looking East in Middle Eastern countries is not a makeshift，but a choice made by these countries earnestly seeking suitable development roads to meet various challenges，a response to the diversification of their foreign policy orientation as well.The increasingly obvious trend of Looking East in Middle East also brings new opportunities for China to strengthen its ties with Middle Eastern countries.
