International aid to African and Middle East countries increased further in 2008，which made these two regions the largest aid recipients in the world.In 2009，despite the financial crisis，international development aid maintained the trend of growth.China’s aid to African countries has been increasing，and become complementary to the western aid.In the time after the financial crisis，Africa and the Middle East are still regions with strategic importance，and aid to these two regions will remain stable and even have further increases.Meanwhile，more and more countries are providing aid to Africa and the Middle East.The international aid forces become diversified，and the developed countries are giving stronger voices in strengthening international aid coordination.
