The basic viewpoint of this article is legislation for overseas Chinese to protect their domestic rights and interests.Legislation for overseas Chinese is adapted to national conditons and overseas Chinese conditions,perfect the socialist law system with Chinese characteristics,and administration of overseas Chinese affairs according to law.At present,all department of overseas Chinese affairs according to principle of sixteen words have worked out some policies to come into being system gradually to protect overseas Chinese domestic rights and interests,which accumulate practice and experience for legislation for overseas Chinese to protect their domestic rights and interests.At the operational level,the article advise that department of overseas Chinese affairs should strengthen investigation and research for legislation,continue to move solving important problem at the policy level about protecting overseas Chinese domestic rights and interests. <<
