Beijinghas tremendous advantage as the national publishing center. And as the core industry ofthe cultural and creative industry，its potential has been further excavated in 2013. At the same time，the institutional revolution provides an opportunity for its development. However，we have to face some problems during the development. This article analyzes the achievements that Beijing’s publishing industry has gained in 2013，the problems and some solutions.
