After 2008，non-governmental public welfare organizations in reading develop rapidly，and children’s reading has gradually become the topic of it in recent four to five years. Meanwhile，country reading，with its unique features and value，gets involved in effective changing of education and construction of countryside and communities. In order to better develop public welfare reading，we need to improve the environment of public welfare reading continuously，to strengthen cooperation，to improve the professional level，to target specifically and keep uniqueness，to perfect the administrative system of the organizations，to recruit outstanding personnel in operating organizations，and to improve the team’s ability of planning，running and managing organizations.
