Based on the implementing of regulation of the People’s Republic of China on Open Government information，the present situation of the educational information publicity of 286 prefecture-level cities administration Website is under the research. The index system consists of three first-class indexes，including the content of the educational information，the form of the educational information and the convenience of the educational information. Then the following are nine second-level indexes and the level two indexes consists of many indicators in level three. According to the data，there are five Ways to the development，as what，why，whom，how and the eventual performance of the educational information publicity.
