Employees in china’s capital are the main forces of the city which enhance the scientific development and maintain social harmony. It is highly necessary to do a research on the status of the employees in Beijing，which helps bettering the Party’s mass work in the new situation. Based on the data from the seventh survey on the situation of the employees in Beijing in 2012，this paper analyses the new changes and characteristics of the employees since the sixth survey in 2007，the extent that the labor/economic rights，democratic/political rights，cultural rights and social rights of the capital employees have been realized，the employees’ state of mind，morality and values，and puts forward some suggestions according to the appeal of the employees and prominent problems in the field of labor relations. <<
