The Beijing Working Committee on Children and Women carried out a mid-term evaluation on “the Twelfth Five-Year Women and Children Plan” in municipal and district （county） level. By monitoring various indicators of the Women and Children Plan and evaluating the implementation of the plan，this paper presents the achievements and problems of the plan and analyses the trends of the development of women and children in order to enhance the realization of the goals set by “the Twelfth Five-year Women and Children Plan” in time，and promote the healthy development of women and children in China’s Capital，Beijing. <<
