Based on the evaluation of the compulsory education policy of the floating children in China and the way Beijing carries it out，this article analyzes policy dilemma in population control，education funding and limited educational resources that the government of Beijing，a migration destination city，and points out that the problems of education for the floating children can only be solved with an effective policy system and successful implementation of the policy. <<
