Switching from the registered agricultural permanent residence （Hukou） to the registered non-agricultural permanent residence is one of the basic solutions for the farmers to transform into citizens and enjoy the reform achievements of urbanization. This paper takes the conversion of agricultural Hukou to no-agricultural Hukou as the entry point of analysis，analyzes the main policies，major measures，and the achievements in accelerating the integration of agricultural and no-agricultural Hukou，and proposes ideas about the next move，in order to provide useful experience for other districts in Beijing in facilitating the work of converting rural Hukou to urban Hukou and changing the dual structure of rural-urban Hukou system. <<
