On the one hand，elements of industrial development in Yuexiu district has preliminary agglomeration，and economic development has entered a relatively stable period. On the other hand，Guangzhou adheres to the development strategy of new-urbanization，and raises higher requirements for Yuexiu District. Transformation and promotion of industrialization in Yuexiu has became top priority. This paper gives several suggestions on accelerating the transformation and promotion of industrial development based on summarized current situation of industrial development in Yuexiu.
