Thanks to the favorable geographic environment along the Pearl River and the guidance and support of government，the cultural and creative industry has experienced remarkable development and attained a substantial scale in Liwan District. There exist，however，some difficulties and problems in the development of the cultural and creative industry and we need to learn advanced experience from home and abroad to explore measures in mechanism，planning，policy，human resources，culture and brand in order to develop faster.
