Industrial development of TianHe District has experienced from agricultural level to industrial level，to commercial，and to service；this make TianHe District represent a typical pattern of development of Chinese new urban district. This paper first analyzes the features of industries and characters of land use of TianHe District in current stage. And then it evaluates intensity of industrial land use from industrial output value per square meters，total assets per square meters，labor per square meters and total assets per capita. Finally it gives several allocation strategies for main industrial sectors of TianHe district.
