本文以广州市“123”城市功能布局规划为指导，借鉴国际先进的城市更新理念和管制模式，围绕地理空间、人口疏散、产业分工、文化传承等基本要素，探索研究了广州都会区优化提升的实现路径和发展对策。
<<This paper took Guangzhou city 123 city functional layout plan as a guide，drew lessons from the international advanced city renewal concept and control mode，studied the basic elements of geographical space，the evacuation of the population，industry division，cultural heritage and so on，and final put forward the countermeasure of the optimization path to be a real and better metropolitan area.
