In 2013，the cultural system development in Guangzhou continues to improve. The cultural management is improved with the cultural system reform revolving around the reform of the scheme of administrative review and approval. Guangzhou’s culture is opening wider to the outside world with the cultural diplomacy activities. The culture industry here is a forerunner in China with strong competitiveness. Guangzhou took the opportunity of building a “Demonstration City of Copyright Protection” and further strengthened law enforcement in cultural aspect including copyright protection. In 2014，Guangzhou will continue its effort on building a world famous cultural city and cultural development focusing on the new Lingnan culture.
