In 2013，under the development strategy and policy decision of “enabling culture to guide social trend”，with high cultural awareness and confidence，the Liwan District pushed forward the public cultural service system，excavating and sorting out historical and cultural heritage objects，placeda close supervision on cultural market，campaigned on cultural tourism to improve urban cultural taste and image. In 2014，Liwan District will deepen the construction of the traditional，modern and ecological culture under the guidance of the 18^th National Congress of CPC and strive to be a pioneer in the urban transformation，the window of Linnan features，and role model of building a community where people are happy. It will work hard in its cultural endeavor，and continuously improve the competiveness and influence of the urban culture.
