Haizhu Eco City is an important initiative by the Guangzhou Government in implementing the principles outlined by the 18^th National Congress of CPC and comprehensively pushing forward its new type of urbanization drive，aiming at building a eco city demonstration zone with the characteristics of Lingnan water town and model zone of flowers，waters and green belts. This report revolves around the “Five Needs” and identifies the cultural Tourism development strategies of Haizhu Eco city through research and studies.
