The construction of Beijing natural ecological civilization is a systematic project which based on the environmental carrying capacity of natural systems to achieve harmony between nature and man. The system is composed of four subsystems：water ecological civilization construction，atmospheric ecological civilization，soil ecological civilization construction and biological ecological civilization construction. This paper presents the concept of the natural ecological civilization construction. The natural ecological status of each subsystem of Beijing is analyzed as realistic basis to guiding Beijing natural ecological civilization construction. Beijing natural ecological civilization building strategies are proposed with theoretical research and empirical analysis，which can provide a useful reference for the realization of Beijing’s “blue sky，green land，pure water，diversity of life”，the natural ecological civilization.
