In recent years，with the rapid development of China’s economics，Eutrophication caused by nitrogen，phosphorus and other nutrition is worsening. Research on the theory of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is spreading. Water pollution caused by Eutrophication in cold regions is more serious and should be solved urgently. Research progress on nutrition removal in cold regions is introduced in this paper. At the same time，Eutrophication problem should be solved based on the theory of sustainable development.
