Literature review methods were adopted to study city soil contamination from following two respects：one is soil organic pollutant sources and the other is the distributing characteristic of typical organic pollutants. Soil remediation technology was summarized from physical，chemical，biological to associated technology. Based on summarizing，looking into the distance of soil remediation was raised in order to cleansing soil reasonably and building green livable environment.
