There are four risks of image crisis of provinces and municipalities on social order：public order，social environment order，economic order and media order. These four aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the four most prominent problems are the faults of policemen and urban management officials in maintaining social order，the chaos of public security of the campus，the problems of the bank，insurance and stock. As regards the image injustice on the urban management officials in maintaining social order，the key is to be committed to solve those injustice problems. As regards the image death on enterprise management order，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the relationship of image deviation degree and multiple judgement，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive management system，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map.
