In June 2013，the Snowden incident is the world’s most important event on the Internet so far that was created in the US.The National Security Council of China was established in Nov.2013.In some ways，China’s cyber security and development was entering a new historical stage.Only by fully understanding the domestic and international cyber security situation，can we be calmer in the face of the cyberspace game between the US & China for a long time in the future.
