本研究从河南旅游业的发展特征入手,分析目前河南旅游业存在的主要问题、形成原因,同时,立足于新的历史背景,重新审视河南旅游业的发展优势与机遇,并提出发展思路与布局,针对存在的主要问题给出解决对策。本研究认为,新时期的河南应充分利用历史、自然、人工三合一的丰富旅游资源和全省四通八达的水陆空交通条件,在全国拉动内需、鼓励消费的政策下,不遗余力地发展旅游产业,着力推进“产品品牌化、运营信息化、投资多元化、服务人性化”,形成区域联动、产业集聚、资源整合、链式发展态势,在全省范围构建“弓”形旅游资源布局,实施区域、部门之间合作,发展旅游产业集聚区,强化品牌意识,促进多元化投资,推进信息化进程,以促进河南旅游产业的大发展和大繁荣。
<<This study starts from the Henan tourism development characteristics,analyzing the main problems existing in the tourism industry in Henan,the cause of formation.At the same time,based on the new historical background,it re-examines the tourism development of Henan advantages and opportunities,and puts forward the development ideas and solutions .Among them,the new era of Henan should make full use of historical,natural and artificial tourism resources and the lead in all directions of the land and sea and air transportation conditions,the stimulating domestic demand,the policy to encourage consumption,try to develop tourism industry.The idea is to promote the “product brand,management informatization,investment diversification,humanization of service”,the formation of industrial agglomeration,regional cooperation,resource integration,development situation of tourism resources chain,layout construction “bow” in the province,the implementation of regional,cooperation between departments,the development of tourism industry cluster areas,strengthen brand awareness,promote the diversification of investment,and advance the process of informatization strategy,to promote the development and prosperity of the tourism industry in Henan.
