Based on the survey of the employment status of different women groups in the eleven districts and counties in Hangzhou，this paper uses statistical methods to conduct empirical analysis，which describes basic characteristics of the different groups of women，such as employment opportunities，employment income，labor protection，stable employment，benefits，employment capacity，and rights protection.The study analyses the status and main issues in the trends of women’s employment，and offers suggestions on the implementation of the Hangzhou Twelfth Five-year Development Plan on women’s employment rights，the further extension and refinement of the legal provides，the innovation of institutional mechanisms to promote employment of women，and the protection of women’s equal right to employment.
