With the increasing of the knowledge and capacity for entrepreneurship，more and more women begin to establish a business.Their behaviors have had a major impact on the development of social economy and culture.Different group of women has its own characteristics and the pioneering demand ability is not exactly the same.Taking Hangzhou as sample，this research aims to study women entrepreneurs through case interview and questionnaire.This study summarizes the differences of the different groups of entrepreneurs，such as the entrepreneurial motivation，industry selection，financing，work and family balance technique，business requirements and so on.Then，we put forward some support policy to help different group of women entrepreneurship.
