根据广州市市委《广州市2008年“解放思想”学习讨论活动市领导专题调研工作方案》的部署和要求，在许瑞生副市长的牵头组织领导下，市人事局、市委组织部、市委政研室、市发展改革委、市教育局、市民政局、市财政局、市劳动保障局、团市委等部门联合开展了“关于加强社会工作人才队伍建设问题”专题调研活动。本次调研采用了实地考察、专家座谈会等社会调查和文献研究相结合的方法，借鉴国内外关于社会工作人才队伍建设的成功经验和理论成果，对广州市社会工作人才队伍建设的实际状况、存在问题和对策建议进行了研究和探索。
<<This research analyzes the current situation and existing problems in human resource construction of Guangzhou’s social work，and brings about measures and advice based on combined research methods of investigation，expert panel discussion and literature review，and experience and theoretical findings from both domestic and abroad used for reference.
