本报告基于“2008年广州公共交通服务公众评价调查”，综合分析了公交车、地铁、出租车服务的公众评价情况。报告从总体评价、具体服务和票价等方面，描述了市民对公共交通服务的评价，同时反映了市民对广州举办亚运会前改善公共交通服务的信心情况。
