近年来，我国职工休息休假制度日趋完善，已经形成基本完整的法律制度体系。但是从调研的数据来看，职工的休息权并没有得到充分的实现。全面严格地落实职工休息权的相关法律与制度，虽然是一个艰难而长期的过程，但也是一个必然要实现的目标。

The leave system in China has formed a relatively sound legal system in recent years.Statistics show，however，that employees’ rights for leave are yet to be fully realized.Though a rough and long process，strictly implementing laws and regulations concerning employees’ right for leave is the target that shall be realized.
