20世纪80年代末90年代初以来,在全球“社团革命”的浪潮中,非洲的非政府组织也得到蓬勃的发展,其数量不断增多,所控制的资源也不断增大,活动范围也日益广泛。时至今日,非洲非政府组织在救济、发展、环保、卫生、教育、民主、人权以及维护和平等广泛的领域发挥了不可忽视的影响。本文着重对非洲非政府组织在上述领域中的活动情况进行了研究,同时探讨了80年代中期以来非洲非政府组织与政府的关系的演变,以及非洲国家关于非政府组织法立法的状况和非政府组织法律地位的变化等。
<<Since the end of 1980s’,with the “third wave” of democratization and the “revolution of mass organization”all over the world,the sector of non-governmental organization has also mushroomed in Africa. Nowadays,African non-governmental organizations are working in many fields in African society,such as relief,development,environmental protection,health,education,democracy and human rights protecting. This paper focused on the activities and impacts of African non-governmental organizations in the above-mentioned fields. At the same time,the article also explored the evolution of the relationship between the African governments and non-governmental organizations. In the end,the author discussed NGO-legislation in African countries and changes in legal status of African non-governmental organizations.
