武汉作为国家实施中部崛起战略的重点城市,房地产市场具有极强的区域代表性和重要的区域带动能力,楚天都市报、腾讯·大楚网联合中国社会科学院城市发展与环境研究中心、湖北省社会科学院社会学研究所对武汉市购房者进行了包括四大板块、44个问题、386个因素的消费者意愿网络调查,调查认为武汉购房者购房决策趋于谨慎,在受到普遍关注的因素指标中,价格、位置、户型位于前三,除价格预期变化较大外,其他影响购房决策的因素变化不大,购买人群区域选择特征明显、房屋选择以功能务实为主,对现有房价、房品及管理的满意度评价偏低。
