由于经济动荡与资金短缺,房地产市场低迷与供需失衡,房地产经纪网点泛滥与竞争过度,2008年中国房地产经纪行业在房地产调整中度过了不平凡的一年。网络时代促使房地产经纪行业的发展模式发生深刻变革,信息时代将促使房地产经纪行业的盈利模式发生本质转变,经济全球化促进房地产经纪人国际交流和资格互认。在管理层面上,应尽快完善房地产经纪人及经纪企业准入资格的行政许可立法。

At the government level,administrative licensing legislation should be improved on entry level qualification real estate agents and brokage firms as soon as possible.
