The private sci-tech enterprises in Guangzhou grow fast in recent years and become an indispensable part in promoting sci-tech innovation and economic development. Among them，private sci-tech SMEs are the most dynamic and innovative entities，which play a significant role in maintaining the economic growth，employment and social stability. Due to its own shortcomings as well as the impact of external environment，the private sci-tech SMEs confront many difficulties on the course of its development.
