Since the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2000, the China Development Bank (CDB) has been attaching great importance to the business in Africa. CDB has since given support to a number of important China-Africa cooperative projects through different cooperation modes and by strengthening business with Africa. CDB is promoting its business in Africa by abiding by the international rules and by expanding its investment in Africa through China-Africa Development Fund. It has attained fruitful social and economic profits by offering special loans to the Chinese medium and small enterprises in Africa. It is in accordance with China's going-out and diplomatic strategy that CDB is making breakthroughs of their business in Africa. <<
